The Strangers (2008) was looking to stand out amongst a crowded horror film market and Rogue Pictures approached Social Media Thunder to create a campaign that would have people promoting it via word of mouth. 

Developing a blurred line between the question “is this fact or fiction” we were able to seed the media, news sites and blogs with plausible stories and amped this through social media and “denying” the stories and reports.
