Social Media Thunder were up against some of the biggest names in the social media agency world to win this account. Everyone had stayed in a Malmaison hotel over the last year and were keen to repay the experience by providing one of our own through social media.

Designing a campaign we challenged followers to “dare to be different” like Malmaison. Adjusting the tone of voice of their social media accounts and critically planning key opportunities we were able to increase traffic volume considerably.
