Zephyr Real Estate was facing increasing competition coupled with a declining number of instructions, lower commissions and slower turnover of properties. Until 2016 Zephyr had rarely used social media with a strategic methodology that would culminate in any results.

Approaching Social Media Thunder the client recognised that they were to invest in their brand development with a focus on the above three goals.

Formulating a strategy that was true to their brand and appealed to their target market we were able to quickly implement a chat bot on messenger for a faster response and an active social media advertising and retargeting campaign.

Over 12 months Zephyr increased their average number of instructions per month by 27% and their monthly average house turnover by 10% month on month.
